Room in Apartment to rent central Fremantle

Room for rent in apartment situated central Fremantle (near train station). Whole apartment would be shared. I spend academic year overseas teaching usually which means person who rents room gets the whole apartment. $80 (AUS) per week [$160 bond]. While I'm away long term, $100 per week (negotiable). Beautiful view of central Fremantle from balcony including Rottnest Island and Garden Island, town hall etc. Preferred non-smoker (not essential).
